Small worlds, big identities, exploring humanities in the early years workshop

HAA is pleased to announce that we have another HAA workshop happening on Saturday 31 October. The workshop is called ‘Small world, big identities, exploring humanities in the early years’ and is focussed on connecting the HaSS and Early Years Learning Framework through interactive and real-world activities led by sector professionals. To present this workshop, HAA has collaborated with the Pooraka Community Early Education and Care Centre. The workshop is being conducted at the centre on Saturday, 31 October 2026, from 9.00am – 1.00pm.

Since the establishment of HAA, we have frequently been asked to conduct some professional learning relevant to early years teachers. We are now very pleased to offer this experiential and relevant early years professional learning at the Pooraka centre in October.

The HaSS Teaching Forum in July 2026

HaSS Association Australia (HAA) conducted the HaSS Teaching Forum at St Peter’s Junior School for over 70 teachers in July.  The day was a great success – we will be posting some resources and images from the day very soon on this page.
